Sub-contracted through HPR (UK) to provide Nord Stream AG with a survey consultant, assisting with the review of the DeepOcean AS 2014 Inspection Survey Final Reporting deliverables. With a total capacity in the order of 55 billion cubic metres a year, the two 48 inch pipelines from Russia to Germany constitute one of the biggest offshore gas transmission pipeline systems in the world. Both 1,224 kilometre pipelines were externally surveyed in their entirety, across the offshore, nearshore and dry sections, enabling a detailed engineering analysis to be performed.
